The Opportunity

As Cedars-Sinai prepares for an ambitious new philanthropic campaign, the organization is investing not only in fundraising capacity, but in the people, programs, and culture required to sustain its growth. This newly created role within the Office of the Vice President will help strengthen the infrastructure needed to support a high-performing Development organization through the campaign and beyond.

The Project Coordinator will play an important role, partnering closely with Program Managers, Development leadership, hiring managers, Human Resources, and colleagues across the department. The Project Coordinator will help connect people, processes, and priorities across recruitment, onboarding, training, professional development, engagement, and culture initiatives, ensuring strong communication, thoughtful coordination, and consistent follow-through as the team grows.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Development Leadership, this is an opportunity for a highly organized, collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands how strong execution can shape the employee experience.

Through coordination of programs, communications, meetings, milestones, and stakeholder activity, the Project Coordinator will help create a more connected and intentional experience for Development colleagues while supporting the department’s broader campaign ambitions.

The salary range for this position is $64,646 – $100,193.
