The Opportunity
As Cedars-Sinai prepares for an ambitious new philanthropic campaign, the organization is investing not only in fundraising capacity, but in the people, programs, and culture required to sustain its growth. This newly created role within the Office of the Vice President will help strengthen the infrastructure needed to support a high-performing Development organization through the campaign and beyond.
The Program Manager, Hiring and Onboarding (Development) will shape a consistent, thoughtful experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers as Development grows. Partnering closely with leadership, Human Resources, and key stakeholders, this individual will bring greater clarity and coordination to recruitment and onboarding while helping define meaningful milestones for successful integration into the department.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Development Leadership, the Program Manager will have the opportunity to build and continuously refine processes that support both organizational growth and the individual employee experience.
In the process, the successful candidate will help ensure that new colleagues enter Cedars-Sinai with a clear understanding of the culture, expectations, and mission of Development, and that hiring managers can support their success from recruitment through their first year.
The salary range for this position is $102,148 – $163,446.
