The Opportunity
The Senior Director of Development, College of Medicine–Tucson, Department of Pediatrics joins the organization at an exciting inflection point.
Under the leadership of newly appointed Department Chair Dr. Lisa Chamberlain, the Department is pursuing an ambitious vision to expand pediatric research, education, clinical excellence, and community impact. Working closely with Foundation leadership and Department faculty, this individual will help translate that vision into transformative philanthropic investment.
Serving as a strategic advisor to Department leadership, the Senior Director of Development will develop comprehensive fundraising strategies while managing a sophisticated portfolio of major and principal gift prospects. This leader will cultivate meaningful relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, and community leaders, while collaborating across the University of Arizona Foundation’s extensive advancement infrastructure.
For an experienced fundraiser inspired by mission-driven work, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families across Arizona and beyond.
