The Opportunity
Babson College seeks an entrepreneurial, visionary, and relationship-driven leader to serve as its next Executive Director of the Bertarelli Institute for Family Entrepreneurship.
The Executive Director will have an opportunity to strengthen Babson’s global leadership in family entrepreneurship by expanding the Institute’s reach, influence, programming, and connections among students, alumni, faculty, entrepreneurial families, and partners worldwide.
Reporting to the CEO of the Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership, the Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Institute, including oversight of signature programs, budget and P&L, financial reporting, revenue generation, fundraising, and resource allocation. The leader will develop innovative, revenue-generating programs, support research and thought leadership, cultivate philanthropic and external support, and strengthen engagement with Babson’s international community of students, alumni, families, and partners.
The role calls for an institution builder who can work effectively at the intersection of strategy, relationships, innovation, and execution. For a leader with deep knowledge of family enterprise and a passion for entrepreneurship, this position offers a platform to make a positive impact with students and colleagues while influencing an important field with global economic and social significance.
The salary range for this position is $185,555–$206,172.
