The Opportunity

Babson College seeks a bold, creative, and entrepreneurial Assistant Vice President of Donor Experience who will help shape the next evolution of engagement with the College’s philanthropic community.

Reporting to Executive Vice President for Advancement Edward Chiu, the Assistant Vice President of Donor Experience will serve as a key senior leader within Advancement, responsible for shaping and advancing a comprehensive strategy for donor engagement across Marketing and Communications, Stewardship, and Advancement Events.

The AVP will unify these functions around a cohesive donor experience, aligning key engagement opportunities to create meaningful and increasingly personalized connections between Babson and its supporters.

The ideal candidate will serve as a leader who can shape strategy, a tactician who can operationalize bold plans, and a manager who can instill a mindset of continuous improvement across the Advancement team.

The salary range for this position is $184,230 – $204,700.
