The WOC list recognizes search firms that have demonstrated excellence in both their approach and their results.

WOC compiled its 2025 list of top search firms based on an extensive survey of its members. Survey respondents were asked to answer questions covering various topics, including their experience with recruiters, the extent to which the search firm facilitated a successful placement, and post-placement relations with the firm.
