The Geneva Lake Conservancy retained Lindauer to find a leader who could build on decades of conservation success while guiding the organization into its next chapter of impact.
Lindauer is proud to join the Geneva Lake Conservancy in announcing Ashley Caruso as its next Executive Director.
Caruso brings a strong record of operational leadership, community engagement, and mission-driven impact.
Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast, she has led complex organizations with clarity and purpose, expanding programs, strengthening teams, and advancing meaningful outcomes across the communities she serves.
With deep familiarity with the Geneva Lake region and a lifelong commitment to environmental stewardship, Caruso is uniquely positioned to lead this next chapter. Her ability to connect strategy with on-the-ground action will support the Conservancy’s continued growth while preserving the landscapes that define Walworth County.
