The Opportunity

Greater Twin Cities United Way seeks a relationship-driven and strategic fundraising professional to serve as Senior Donor Advisor, a highly visible role at the center of the organization’s philanthropic efforts.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Individual Giving, the Senior Donor Advisor will cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of approximately 150–200 households, generating between $500,000 and $1.5 million annually through major, blended, and planned gifts. This role offers the opportunity to engage a sophisticated donor community that includes business leaders, entrepreneurs, long-standing philanthropists, and emerging donors who are committed to creating positive change across the Twin Cities.

As GTCUW continues redefining how philanthropy can drive meaningful and lasting impact, the Senior Donor Advisor will serve as a trusted partner to donors, helping connect their passions and values with transformational opportunities across housing stability, food security, educational success, and economic opportunity.

The salary range for this role is $110,00-$120,000.
