Chief Executive Officer

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska
Onsite Seattle, Washington

For more than 40 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska (RMHC WWA) has helped families remain together while their children receive lifesaving medical care. Founded in 1983, the organization has grown from a single 20-room house in Seattle into one of the Pacific Northwest’s most trusted family support organizations, operating 139 rooms, employing 36 full-time staff, and operating on a budget of $13 million. Guided by a mission to remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing, RMHC WWA ensures that distance and financial hardship never prevent children from accessing specialized healthcare.

Today, RMHC WWA is entering one of the most consequential periods in its history. With Seattle Children’s Hospital advancing plans for a new regional pediatric campus, patient demand continuing to grow, and occupancy consistently near capacity, the organization is preparing to expand its reach, strengthen its infrastructure, and increase philanthropic support. This is an organization with deep community trust, an exceptional reputation, and a clear vision for broadening its impact across the Pacific Northwest.
