The Opportunity

The Associate Director of Finance joins St. Paul’s School at an exciting moment as the Finance Office expands its capacity to support an increasingly sophisticated financial portfolio.

Partnering closely with the Director of Finance, this leader will combine technical accounting expertise with strategic analysis to strengthen financial operations, improve processes, and help guide long-term institutional planning. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence both daily financial management and the systems, technologies, and workflows that will support the School’s future.

The Associate Director serves as a trusted partner across the institution, providing leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury operations, payroll oversight, internal controls, and endowment administration. Equally important, this individual will leverage data, technology, and analytical insight to enhance decision-making, identify opportunities for automation, and improve operational efficiency across the Finance Office.
