Stanford’s University Human Resources (UHR) seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst (SCA) to aid with developing, implementing, and advising human resource managers on the University’s compensation policies, programs, and practices. The SCA will play an integral role in developing workplace strategies to help the Stanford community achieve what it does best: focus on research innovation to benefit humanity, manage efficient academic and administrative operations, and facilitate deep learning by students who are our future leaders.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced compensation professional with expertise in classification and salary program development and implementation. This role reports to the Senior Director of Compensation in UHR and is a member of a team of compensation professionals.
