The Opportunity

Stanford University is seeking an Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Specialist to provide best-in-class customer service and guidance on complex employment issues. Working across the University, the ELR Specialist will provide advice, counsel, and training in employee relations and labor relations matters to Human Resources managers, employees, and other members of the Stanford community.
