Founded in 1985, the Omaha Public Library Foundation (OPLF) is the nonprofit partner of Omaha Public Library, raising funds and advocating for programs beyond public funding. With over $10 million raised, OPLF has supported key initiatives including technology upgrades, youth learning spaces, literacy programs, and major grants. Its work advances the Library’s role as a catalyst for learning, access, and community connection across Douglas County.
