Executive Director

Our Little Roses Foreign Mission Society
Hybrid Biscayne Park, Florida

Our Little Roses Foreign Mission Society (OLRFMS) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the life-changing work of OLRM.

For nearly four decades, Our Little Roses Ministry (OLRM) has been an oasis of love, dignity, and opportunity for vulnerable girls in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Its holistic, faith-based care model focuses on providing shelter, nourishment, healthcare, education, and emotional support, enabling each girl to realize her unique potential. In one of Central America’s most impoverished regions, OLRM has built pathways to brighter futures—empowering young women and strengthening communities through education, healthcare, and hope.

OLRM is a legally instituted NGO, authorized by the Honduran Congress, that provides a residential program for at-risk girls, a health clinic, and a bilingual school. OLRFMS exists to raise the financial resources needed to sustain this critical work while ensuring full compliance with all U.S. nonprofit regulations.

The Opportunity

The Executive Director will play a central role in sustaining and growing the organization’s $1.7 million annual fundraising program, working closely with the Board, staff, and international partners. Responsible for all aspects of fundraising strategy, board engagement, financial oversight, and organizational leadership, the Executive Director will be a relationship builder, storyteller, and champion of the mission of OLRM.

This leader will connect U.S.-based donors with the ministry’s life-changing work in Honduras and ensure long-term financial stability and programmatic growth.
