The Opportunity
The Vice President of Advancement & Engagement will serve as a key member of the President’s Executive Council and the institution’s senior leadership team, reporting directly to the President.
This leader will guide and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that advances the College’s mission and strengthens its long-term financial sustainability. In partnership with the President and Board of Trustees, the Vice President will cultivate and secure transformative philanthropic support while helping shape institutional strategy.
This role calls for a hands-on advancement leader who thrives in both strategy and execution. The Vice President will manage a personal portfolio of major and principal gift prospects, develop strategies for leadership-level solicitations, and ensure thoughtful stewardship and recognition for donors. The role also includes leadership of a high-performing advancement team, with responsibility for setting measurable fundraising goals, tracking performance metrics, and building a sustainable philanthropic pipeline.
With Mount Aloysius preparing to launch a major fundraising initiative focused on unrestricted support for students, the next Vice President will play a pivotal role in strengthening donor relationships, expanding philanthropic capacity, and helping chart the College’s next chapter of growth and impact.
