The Opportunity
The Senior Director of Corporate Relations is a pivotal leadership role at an important moment for Morehouse College. Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Chief Development Officer, the Senior Director will design and execute a strategy to expand the College’s corporate giving pipeline in alignment with the priorities of Making Men of Consequence: The Campaign for Morehouse College.
With the campaign already more than halfway to its historic $500 million goal, the Senior Director will be empowered to build partnerships that accelerate access, modernize campus infrastructure, strengthen centers of excellence, and invest in research and teaching at the highest levels.
Managing a portfolio of high-capacity corporate prospects, the Senior Director will cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal-level gifts. The role requires exceptional strategic acumen, comfort managing complex and multi-stakeholder initiatives, and fluency in both philanthropic and corporate sponsorship strategy. Collaboration will be central to success: the Senior Director will work closely with Advancement leadership, faculty leaders, and institutional stakeholders to identify opportunities that align corporate interests with Morehouse’s mission and momentum.
