The Opportunity
Pomona College seeks an accomplished Regional Director of Development to lead major gift fundraising across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, two of the institution’s most strategically important philanthropic markets.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Major Gifts, the Regional Director of Development will inherit a highly visible portfolio and play a central role in advancing campaign priorities as the College enters the public phase of its landmark comprehensive campaign.
The successful candidate will serve as one of Pomona’s leading ambassadors throughout the region, cultivating meaningful relationships with alumni, parents, volunteers, and institutional leaders while aligning philanthropic passions with the College’s highest priorities. Working across Advancement and campus leadership, the Regional Director will develop sophisticated fundraising strategies, inspire transformational giving, and help strengthen long-term philanthropic engagement in markets with exceptional capacity for growth.

The salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000.
