Indiana University Foundation (IUF) advances philanthropic support for Indiana University, one of the nation’s leading public research universities and home to more than 800,000 living alumni. With more than $4 billion in endowed assets, IUF plays a central role in strengthening IU’s students, faculty, campuses, research, and long-term institutional ambitions.
IUF is entering a significant new chapter. Following its 90th anniversary, the launch of a new comprehensive campaign, and the formal integration of the IU Alumni Association into the Foundation, IUF is building a unified team of approximately 350 staff and investing in the systems, talent, and operational excellence needed for continued philanthropic growth.

The Opportunity
The Executive Vice President of Finance will provide strategic leadership for IUF’s financial future, guiding fiscal strategy, enterprise risk management, business operations, and long-term sustainability.
Reporting to the President and CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the EVP will be a trusted advisor to leadership and the Board, translating complex financial information into clear strategy and actionable insight.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance executive who can balance financial stewardship with organizational leadership. The EVP will lead a high-performing finance team, strengthen transparency and accountability, support business transformation, and help ensure IUF has the infrastructure and agility to support Indiana University’s ambitious future.
The salary range for this position is $325,000 to $350,000.
