The Opportunity

Access Opportunity seeks an Executive Director who will lead the organization’s philanthropic future while building upon the philosophy, relationships, and mission that have defined its success for more than a decade. Fundraising is at the heart of this opportunity.

Serving as chief executive, lead fundraiser, and external ambassador, the Executive Director will take strategic ownership of the development program, establish clear fundraising goals, build and manage a robust prospect pipeline, cultivate and solicit major donors, strengthen corporate and foundation relationships, and bring creativity to donor engagement, events, partnerships, and giving.

The Executive Director will have meaningful assets from which to build, including established donor relationships, a compelling case for support, founders and Board members who can open doors, and external communications support. This leader will bring those resources together while directing fundraising communications and storytelling, developing an exceptional team, overseeing organizational management, and partnering with the Board on strategy and governance.

The role offers an accomplished leader the opportunity to expand their experience across people leadership, finance, strategy, governance, and the full breadth of executive leadership.

The salary range for this position is $140,000, plus a generous benefits package.
