The Opportunity
The Director of Major Gifts joins With Honor at a pivotal moment of organizational growth and national relevance. As the organization expands its reach and impact, this role will serve as a critical driver of philanthropic support across one of the most unique fundraising structures in the sector.
Reporting into senior leadership and partnering closely with CEO Rye Barcott, the Director will help secure the resources necessary to advance With Honor’s mission while strengthening relationships with donors who are passionate about civic engagement, bipartisan leadership, and democratic renewal.
The successful candidate will lead the full donor lifecycle, including prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and pipeline management, while overseeing reporting, analytics, communications, and operational systems that support fundraising success. The role requires an individual who is both relationship-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities while navigating the complexities of fundraising across nonprofit and political entities.
With responsibility for driving revenue across the organization’s full ecosystem, the Director of Major Gifts will play a central role in shaping With Honor’s future and helping scale an organization dedicated to strengthening democracy through principled leadership and meaningful bipartisan collaboration.
The salary range for this position is $150,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience.
