The Opportunity
The Hun School seeks a strategic and relationship-driven Director of the Annual Fund to strengthen the School’s philanthropic culture and grow annual giving across all constituencies.
Reporting to the Director of Development and leading one direct report, the Director will design and execute a data-informed, multi-channel campaign to increase annual support from alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and students. In this frontline fundraising role, the Director will cultivate and solicit leadership gifts, manage volunteer committees, and drive events such as Raider Giving Day and Giving Tuesday.

The Director joins Hun at a time of strong philanthropic momentum. The Hun Fund recently surpassed its $1.5 million goal, raising $1.56 million with 59% parent participation and 99% faculty and staff giving. This role offers an ideal environment for a passionate fundraiser to make a significant difference in a mission-driven community.
The salary range for this position is $90,000–$135,000.
