USA Lacrosse, the national governing body of men’s and women’s lacrosse in the United States, is a nonprofit organization recognized by the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee. The Opportunity
USA Lacrosse is seeking a Vice President, Philanthropy to elevate their philanthropic presence in anticipation of the 2028 Olympic Games.
Reporting to the President and CEO, the Vice President will be responsible for creating and executing strategic fundraising goals. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend passion for sport with transformational fundraising initiatives that will impact lacrosse communities today and for years to come.
The successful candidate will be a key strategist and fundraiser, helping to elevate USA Lacrosse’s mission and vision. With a focus on increasing revenue and awareness, the Vice President, Philanthropy, will use a data-driven and forward-thinking approach to lead philanthropic campaigns at a time of innovation and growth.
This is an exciting leadership role, where the successful candidate will showcase the impact of lacrosse, as the sport prepares for its Olympic return, through targeted fundraising efforts.
The total compensation range (inclusive of annual base salary plus incentive pay potential) for this position is $170,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
