Vice President of Corporate Partership

The Possible Zone, Boston, Massachusetts

The Possible Zone (TPZ) is an infused STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) entrepreneurship focused on advancing economic equity for young people by creating engaging, real-world connected learning experiences. TPZ’s program takes young people on a journey that taps into their creativity, cultivates their skills as designers and entrepreneurs, builds strong relationships with supportive adults and peers, and broadens their sense of what is possible in their careers. TPZ has leveraged deep investment from a committed set of venture investors to ensure they could build their organizational capacity to support scale and impact.

The Opportunity

To provide additional leadership to a 6-person Development Team and to accelerate the realization of their ambitious annual operating and growth campaign fundraising goals, TPZ seeks a Vice President (VP) of Corporate Partnership. The VP should be a savvy relationship builder and fundraiser with a proven track record of soliciting, closing, and stewarding large multi-year gifts, with a particular focus on corporate giving. The VP will work closely with the Executive Director and the Chief Strategy and Advancement Officer to build on TPZs history as a venture-funded social enterprise and support diversification of the organization’s revenue model to support sustainability and realization of their ambitious strategic goals.

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a critical frontline fundraiser for a passionate, energetic, and entrepreneurial leader.
