The Opportunity

To fuel its growth and extend its commitment to inclusion, UCF is seeking a dynamic colleague for a new position: Vice President for Inclusive Excellence in Philanthropy. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference on a world-class campus, as the VP will be empowered to drive sustainable culture change and build on the Foundation’s inclusive engagement and fundraising practices.

The inaugural VP for Inclusive Excellence in Philanthropy will serve as a vital member of the Foundation’s senior leadership team. Reporting to the UC Foundation President and Vice President for Advancement, the VP for Inclusive Excellence will work closely with UCF leadership as well as key partners in the UC and UC Health communities to advance organizational DEIB priorities and position the Foundation as a national leader in inclusive philanthropy.
