The Opportunity

Saint Michael’s College is searching for a forward-looking, solutions-oriented development leader to serve as its next Vice President of Institutional Advancement (VP). Reporting directly to the President, the VP will play a key role in defining, organizing, implementing, stewarding, and executing the College’s next campaign. In this defining moment for Saint Michael’s, the legacy established through a successful campaign effort will vault the College into its second century of unique pedagogy.

The College is seeking an ideal candidate—a visionary with energy—who can bring expertise and best-in-class advancement practices. This individual should be intellectually curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable navigating change. A builder and change agent is required, with the energy and experience to hit the ground running and implement the protocols necessary to design, launch, and complete a successful campaign.
