University of Utah Health is expected to raise over $200 million in FY2017 as part of a capital campaign to construct a state-of-the-art medical school, rehabilitation hospital, ambulatory care center and innovation and discovery center.

The Opportunity

University of
Utah Health is seeking an energetic and experienced Deputy Chief
Philanthropy Officer
to lead a team of clinical fundraisers in work that
supports the system’s hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will be
thoughtful and organized with strong team building skills and will collaborate
with faculty to create a vision for multi-disciplinary, donor-centric
advancement efforts. This fundraising professional will also supervise a team
of eight to ten, manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors,
particularly for the neuroscience initiative. The Deputy Chief will report to the
Chief Philanthropy Officer.
