The Opportunity

The Executive Director of the McCoy College of Business Foundation and Assistant Dean for Development of the Emmett & Miriam McCoy College of Business Administration is responsible for developing and executing the long-term strategies that will increase the engagement and financial support of alumni and friends, corporations, and philanthropic constituencies of McCoy College of Business Administration. Reporting to the Dean of McCoy College and the Board of the McCoy College of Business Foundation, the Executive Director/Assistant Dean will manage all fundraising and daily operations of the Foundation. In this highly visible position, the Executive Director/Assistant Dean will collaborate with Texas State’s Vice President of University Advancement to identify and coordinate opportunities that will help support the mission and programs of McCoy College. A minimum of seven years of experience in major gift fundraising, preferably in higher education, and a proven track record of progressively responsible management and leadership are required.
