The Opportunity
The Associate Director, Major Gifts will report to one of several directors of Major Gifts within Medical Center Development and will focus on the specialty areas of faculty. This position will directly manage a portfolio of approximately 50 major gifts prospects rated at $250,000+ for his/her assigned priority areas. In addition to direct fundraising, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing faculty relationships for effective development support and strategic support for other MGO colleagues. S/he will also provide campaign management and pipeline development for assigned departments. A proven ability to meet fundraising goals with a strong track record in managing and balancing donor/faculty/lay leader relationships is imperative to job consideration.
