The Opportunity

Southern Methodist University is seeking a skilled and ambitious Director of Development (DOD) to serve as chief development officer. S/he will be responsible for the development and overall fundraising program of the school, including annual capital and endowment giving. The DOD will also manage a portfolio of 100-120 active prospects, close gifts $100K and above, and make a minimum of 100 visits annually. This is the ideal opportunity for a development professional who excels in building long term relationships with individuals.
