The Opportunity

Serving in a newly created role, the Senior Associate Vice President, University Capital Giving (SAVP/CG) will lead an integrated group of fundraising units focused on top-of-pyramid prospect management and strategy, including principal and major gifts, international and parent fundraising, and gift planning. The SAVP/CG will elevate the work of DAR to achieve even greater fundraising results through collaborative, cross-disciplinary, and strategic prospect and portfolio management.

The SAVP/CG will be empowered to accelerate fundraising as a member of the organization’s senior management team. Working closely with the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, the SAVP/CG will play a vital role in the development of Penn’s next campaign to extend its academic and societal mission in the world.
