The Opportunity
Moffitt Cancer Center seeks an experienced financial administrator to fill the newly created role of Finance and Gift Administration Director. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Development Services, the Director will provide administrative oversight and strategic leadership for a financial administration and gift processing operation that meets the specific donor-centric needs of the Foundation. Leading and mentoring a team of five, the Director will establish a structure of best practices and policies, ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws as well as adherence to all IRS regulations, the Donor Bill of Rights, and other industry guidelines. In addition, they will manage the Foundation’s budget, reporting, and other responsibilities related to the financial management of the Foundation.
