The Opportunity

The Vice President of Institutional Advancement (VPIA) will report directly to the President of MCLA and will be responsible for developing and implementing all of the College’s comprehensive alumni relations and development initiatives. This leader will serve as a member of the President’s Executive Management Team and as President of the MCLA Foundation. The successful candidate will have five to seven years’ experience in successful fundraising, in private fundraising and gift solicitation; annual giving, alumni and foundation relations including capital campaigns. S/he will possess a proven ability to lead and collaborate with integrity and creativity, demonstrated analytic ability, and an understanding of the principles and practices of public higher education.
