The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Development (MDD), the Senior Director of Major Gifts is a key member of the senior development team. S/He will collaborate closely with senior leaders in Operations/Pipeline Management, Donor Services, Development Administration, Class Giving, Annual and Leadership Giving and Planned Giving to develop and deliver on fundraising goals. In addition to leading a team of 10-11 frontline gift officers, the Senior Director of Major Gifts will lead by example by maintaining an active portfolio of approximately 75 prospects. This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished senior major gifts manager to join a world-class academic institution on the ground floor of an historic campaign.
