Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Development (MDD), the Senior Director of Major Gifts is a key member of the senior development team. S/He will collaborate closely with senior leaders in Operations/Pipeline Management, Donor Services, Development Administration, Class Giving, Annual and Leadership Giving and Planned Giving to develop and deliver on fundraising goals. In addition to leading a team of 10-11 frontline gift officers, the Senior Director of Major Gifts will lead by example by maintaining an active portfolio of approximately 75 prospects.
