Since opening its doors in 1961, global fundraising consulting firm Grenzebach Glier and Associates (GG+A) has served more than 2,000 non-profit clients in five sectors: higher education, independent schools, academic medicine and healthcare, arts and culture and the voluntary sector. GG+A is committed to understanding and addressing the individual needs of clients, to provide evidence-based recommendations and honest feedback. GG+A consultants have formed decades-long relationships with organizations like Penn State University, Duke University, Lurie Children’s Hospital, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and are currently involved in campaigns with goals totaling more than $60 billion. Our vision is to be the first-choice partner globally for nonprofits seeking substantial and sustainable growth in outreach and engagement.
The Opportunity
GG+A seeks to grow its business and impact by recruiting highly qualified full-time Vice Presidents. They are seeking strategic and analytical thinkers who are subject experts in the Arts, Healthcare and/or Higher Education. Each VP works with consulting colleagues under the general supervision of a Practice Area Leader, and with the support of Consulting Associates, Project Managers, and Project Assistants based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters. The VP may serve as one member of a larger project team, or as the Project Director, leading data collection, performing rigorous analysis, and producing clear, compelling, insightful, and accurate reports for GG+A’s clients. The VP is also responsible for business development and contributions to revenue growth within the Practice Area.
While you will meet regularly with colleagues in Chicago, you can live anywhere in the U.S. GG+A is especially looking to expand their consultant base on the West Coast.
