MSI Reproductive Choices, an international NGO operating in 37 countries, aims to help women take control of their lives by making reproductive choice possible. MSI believes reproductive choice is fundamental to gender equality, education, women’s participation, climate resilience, poverty alleviation, health, and well-being. To deliver on this conviction, MSI provides contraception, safe abortion services, and post-abortion care, serving over 21.1 million people in 2022 through its various centers and modes of outreach. The Opportunity

MSI US seeks an entrepreneurial and strategic Director of Global Principal Gifts to build an intentional global program focused on boosting engagement and raising funds from ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The Director will partner closely with the Board and other MSI leaders to build relationships with the organization’s top donors and prospects, as well as take the lead on planning and implementing cultivation and stewardship events.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader and principal gifts fundraiser with a proven track record of identifying, cultivating, successfully soliciting, and stewarding seven- and eight-figure donors. They will be experienced, connected, and adept at building partnerships and relationships at the highest levels of giving.
