Franklin & Marshall’s development program has been growing over the past ten years with substantial capital campaign-supported improvements including a new science center and new and redesigned residential facilities. The development program is also laying the groundwork to double its current annual fundraising numbers. In 2018, Franklin & Marshall will enter the public phase of the largest comprehensive campaign in the school’s history, a $200 million effort.

The Opportunity

The Assistant Vice President for Alumni Relations and Annual Giving will have the critical responsibilty of planning, integrating and managing all aspects of alumni engagement and annual giving. As a member of the senior leadership team for college advancement, the person in this position will engage alumni and donors in creative and relevant ways, serving a pivotal role in accelerating growth. The Assistant Vice President coordinates with a range of key staff and volunteers including the Board of Trustees, school leadership, the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association, as well as alumni and other donors. This position reports to the Vice President for College Advancement.
