Grace Outreach serves women 18 and older who are seeking a path to financial security and independence through higher education or improved employment prospects. Founded primarily as a high school equivalency education center in 2004, Grace Outreach has since grown in scope and ambition. Through its unique hybrid model of in-person classes and individualized support, the organization has helped more than 1,500 women reach their educational goals, access better career opportunities, and achieve professional success and fulfillment.
The Opportunity
As Grace Outreach approaches its 20th anniversary in 2024, it is seeking a visionary Executive Director (ED) who will pursue new opportunities to deliver life-changing outcomes for women in the South Bronx community and beyond. Leading with compassion, collaboration, honesty, and transparency, the ED will be the key external face of GO. They will create and maintain relationships with private funders, individual donors, and partners in the Bronx as well as the broader higher education and workforce development communities, while providing general oversight of the staff and administration of the program.
Overseeing a long-standing academic team and staff of 10, the ED will be a hands-on self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic outlook and an ambition to match the organization’s aspirations of achieving expanded success.
The salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000.
