The Opportunity

Homestretch is seeking an Executive Director who is passionate about serving families in need of homeless services and who is committed to the principle that housing is a human right. Guided by strategy, passion, and empathy, the ED will build on the organization’s extensive record of service and vault it into even greater success.

As the external-facing leader of the organization, the Executive Director will advocate for families experiencing homelessness, engage with key stakeholders and donors, and build community partnerships to further the organization’s mission of empowering families to achieve permanent change.

The successful candidate will be able to form coalitions within a community of diverse lived experiences. As they spearhead a strategic vision for Homestretch, they will lead with integrity, a passion for staff empowerment, and a resourcefulness applied to strengthening funding models and organizational structure.
