The Opportunity
The Associate Dean for Development and Alumni Relations will strategically plan, direct and coordinate all fundraising activities at Emory Law. This will include prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, as well as building relationships with prospective donors, leadership, faculty, and volunteers to support programs and priorities. The Associate Dean will lead, inspire and manage a staff to successfully secure major gifts from alumni, friends, corporations and foundations. The selected candidate will also be responsible for the development of the department’s short and long-term goals and objectives. A minimum of seven years’ experience in higher education, development, fundraising or the equivalent is required.
