The Opportunity

Viewpoint School seeks a Director of Prospect Development Strategy (DPDS) to support its philanthropic goals. Reporting to the Assistant Head of School for External Affairs, the DPDS will work with a dedicated team to develop a centralized prospect management system for the school’s fundraising and campaign initiatives. Successful candidates will possess a strategic mindset with expertise in portfolio management and comprehensive campaign strategy. They will work closely with the Data Specialist to manage prospect research assets and proactively analyze donor and prospect data in alignment with best practices in research, data analytics, and information organization.

The salary range for this position is $115,000–$130,000.
