The Opportunity

The Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a Director of Prospect Development and Data Services to oversee the development of data functions, including responsibility for maintaining the Raiser’s Edge database and assisting frontline officers with prospect research and management strategies. The Director will analyze data to increase fundraising effectiveness and enhance the functionality of fundraising software to help grow the donor base.

As the Foundation embarks on the silent phase of its $500 million campaign, the Director will report to the Interim Chief Philanthropy Officer and will be an expert in best practices in data management, campaign reporting, and strategically using data to work more effectively with donors.

The ideal candidate will be energized by creating proactive, data-driven strategies and leading and mentoring a team focused on maintaining thorough and consistent data practices.
