The Opportunity

I-House seeks a Director of Development to join a growing team of six development professionals currently raising $3.5 million annually. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, collaborative, and resourceful people person who can serve as a leader and role model, working to establish and exemplify best practices for the team.

Reporting to the Vice President of Development, Alumni Relations, and Communications, the Director will raise philanthropic support from alumni, friends, and trustees, and identify, research, cultivate, solicit, and steward their own portfolio of donors and prospects.

The Director of Development will have the opportunity to help grow the team and create initiatives to enhance I-House’s fundraising and alumni relations activities. The successful candidate will also support collaborative efforts to plan, design, build, and continuously improve I-House’s advancement operations.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.
