The Opportunity

The Director of Advancement Services is a pivotal role within the Office of Institutional Advancement, and is central to the College’s ambitious comprehensive campaign, aiming to raise $300 million—the largest in its history. The Director will play a crucial part in shaping the strategy for the campaign, overseeing database management, data analytics, reporting, gift processing, and records management.

As a key member of the Advancement leadership team, the Director will lead a team of professionals, contribute to a data-driven culture, and collaborate with other campus partners.
