City of Hope is seeking an experienced leader and strategist to fill the position of Vice President, Corporate and National Philanthropy Programs(VP). The VP will grow the Corporate and National Philanthropy program (CNPP) at City of Hope, developing systems and pipelines that will ensure long-term program sustainability. The incoming VP will serve as the CNPP day-to-day leader and will work collaboratively with CNPP unit AVPS to direct a team of 50+ to reach annual and long-term objectives for revenue, staff development and programs, which include events, affiliate groups and 3rd party, individual giving and national and signature events. Team building and project management are important components of the position, as well as a commitment to personal accountability, shared success and professional growth.
