The Opportunity

The George Washington University Law School seeks a strategic, collaborative, and inspiring leader to serve as the Assistant Vice President of Development and Constituent Engagement. The AVP will oversee the fundraising efforts for the Law School as well as the engagement of its various constituents, including alumni, students, faculty, and friends. The AVP will also be responsible for developing and executing the annual fundraising and engagement plans for continued sustainable growth. GW Law’s constituents are generously giving in record numbers. As a proven advancement professional, the AVP will build upon this momentum and develop fundraising strategies to secure annual giving and major and principal gifts that align with School priorities.
