Kim O’Neill possesses more than 20 years of experience streamlining operations for nonprofits, education and healthcare organizations. Her impeccable organizational acumen has been cultivated through a variety of roles across industries. Kim has been an operations manager, human resources executive assistant, recruiter, editor, fundraiser, school council member and teacher. She complimented her education from Wheelock College in Boston with hands-on learning from her project management and entrepreneurial endeavors.

It is this professional diversity that gives Kim a unique perspective as Senior Search Administrator at Lindauer. While she specifically assists Lindauer CEO Deb Taft and Senior Vice President Jill Lasman, Kim’s incisive problem-solving and managerial skills keep the entire Lindauer Executive Operations Team focused on their primary objectives. She continues to resourcefully enable staff, candidates and clients to successfully achieve their goals. Kim’s extensive experience with senior management, board members and investors confirms her stance as a superior administrative leader. She is also actively involved in her community and was awarded for “Outstanding Service to Public Schools” by her town’s educational foundation.
