The Opportunity

The Vice President for Development, Health Affairs & Health System will join the University at a moment of opportunity shaped by institutional integration, philanthropic momentum, and ambitious health priorities. This leader will provide strategic oversight for fundraising across clinical care, biomedical research, and health education, ensuring alignment between advancement efforts and the evolving goals of the University’s health enterprise.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President for University Advancement and Alumni Engagement, with a dotted-line relationship to the Senior Executive Vice President for Health Affairs and Health System, the Vice President serves as the primary advancement partner to senior health leadership. The role calls for a collaborative, confident leader who can strengthen relationships, advance cross-disciplinary engagement, and guide a team of frontline fundraisers toward transformational outcomes.
