The Opportunity

Stanford University is seeking two Senior Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) Specialists to provide best-in-class customer service and guidance on complex employment issues. Working across the University, these ELR Specialists will provide advice, counsel, and training in employee relations and labor relations matters to Human Resources managers, employees, and other members of the Stanford community.

The ideal candidates will be driven and collaborative team players who take a consultative approach when working with internal partners. This is an excellent opportunity for adaptable, intellectually curious, and analytical professionals to join a high-performing team in pushing Stanford forward.

The salary range for these roles is $150,000 to $165,000.
