The Opportunity
JGA is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to lead client engagements, build relationships with new clients, and further the firm’s legacy of excellence in philanthropic consulting. This remote position is ideal for a nonprofit advancement leader or experienced consultant who thrives at the intersection of mission, strategy, and fundraising innovation.
As a key member of the JGA team, the Senior Consultant will manage consulting engagements, deliver customized reports and recommendations, and contribute to the growth and evolution of JGA’s service offerings. The role calls for strong strategic and interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of capital campaigns and major gift strategies, and a consultative mindset. This individual will guide nonprofit leaders through complex fundraising challenges, often working with boards, senior leadership teams, and diverse community stakeholders.
The Senior Consultant will also play a central role in business development, generating new opportunities, responding to RFPs, and representing JGA at national conferences and sector events. JGA will support the successful candidate through ongoing professional development and offer the opportunity for firm ownership through its Employee Stock Ownership Program.
