The Opportunity
Walker seeks a visionary, mission-driven President and CEO to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will set strategic direction, expand Walker’s reach, and ensure operational excellence across all programs. The role requires an executive with deep expertise in nonprofit leadership and credibility in child welfare, behavioral health, and special education systems.
The successful candidate will be an adept strategist and communicator, capable of influencing policy, securing diversified revenue streams, and fostering a thriving workplace culture. The CEO will oversee a seasoned leadership team, ensure financial stability, and guide Walker in meeting evolving community needs.
This position offers the opportunity to influence policy, engage key stakeholders, and make a profound difference for children and families across Massachusetts.
The salary for this role is $320,000 – $380,000 with a competitive benefits package.
